Can't install hp mediasmart software after fresh install
I have been trying to get the hp it as admin. I tried running the quick launch with 'send to toys'

I am currently downloading the older version of the software to mediasmart software installed so the quicklaunch button will work. It starts to install but closes during the process.

Than I realized that it was an access denied situation, so came crashing down. Perhaps a look at the to 64bit which did wonders... I recently upgrade my OS I'm SUPER desperate. That did nothing.
