I made a clean install of Windows 10 Creator Update, and then keep it up to date to the latest Windows 10 version via Windows Update. I always kept the firewall active since the first day i installed Windows 10, so every silent DirectX web setup embedded in an installer has been blocked since then.
I really miss this fellow when I play shitty console ports with flawed V-Sync / Triple Buffering implementations.
